These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jetbuz ("jetbuz", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the jetbuz website accessible at jetbuz.asia and all associated services, products, software, and content offered thereon.
By accessing the jetbuz platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jetbuz platform.
These Terms are supplemented by the jetbuz Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules or promotional terms published on the platform. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall take precedence unless a specific product rule explicitly states otherwise.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on jetbuz. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or additional accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. You are obligated to keep your registration information up to date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. jetbuz will never ask you for your password or OTP via any channel. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to be authorised by you unless you have notified jetbuz of suspected unauthorised access without undue delay.
You must notify jetbuz immediately via live chat or email if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, that your password has been compromised, or that you have been the target of a phishing attempt purporting to be from jetbuz.
jetbuz accepts deposits exclusively via the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of the transaction. Current accepted methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed on the Cashier page and are subject to change. jetbuz reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with or without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the jetbuz account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Before any withdrawal is processed, jetbuz may require identity verification documentation in compliance with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) standards.
jetbuz does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply transaction fees or currency conversion charges. jetbuz accepts no responsibility for any fees imposed by third-party payment providers.
All bets placed on jetbuz are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, and market type in question. Full betting rules are available within the relevant sections of the platform.
jetbuz reserves the right to limit, restrict, or decline any bet at its discretion, including bets from players who jetbuz has reason to believe are using improper advantage-play strategies, are operating in breach of these Terms, or whose betting patterns suggest coordinated abuse.
Bets are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation screen and the bet is recorded in your account bet history. If a technical fault prevents confirmation, the bet may not be valid. jetbuz is not responsible for bets that fail to complete due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
In the event of a manifest error in odds — including typographical errors or clearly erroneous pricing — jetbuz reserves the right to void affected bets regardless of whether those bets have already been settled. jetbuz will notify affected players and refund stakes in such circumstances.
Live in-play betting is offered on selected cricket matches including PSL fixtures, T20 Internationals, and other major events. In-play bet acceptance is subject to real-time odds suspension windows during key match events. Bets accepted during a suspended period will be voided.
All casino games offered on jetbuz — including live dealer games, slots, table games, and arcade titles — are provided by certified third-party game providers. The Random Number Generator (RNG) software used in all non-live casino games is independently tested and certified for fairness by recognised testing laboratories.
Live dealer games are conducted by trained croupiers at professional studio facilities. The outcomes of live dealer games are determined by physical equipment — cards, roulette wheels, and dice — and are not subject to any electronic manipulation by jetbuz or its game providers.
In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the game will proceed according to house rules. Where applicable, jetbuz will endeavour to credit the player with the outcome that would have occurred had the connection been maintained, subject to the availability of server-side game logs.
Game Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published within the game information panel for all slots and applicable RNG table games. These percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session or player.
jetbuz may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bet credits, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion.
Promotional offers are available to eligible players only. jetbuz reserves the right to determine eligibility, to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time, and to void any bonus or winnings derived from promotional credits if it determines that a player has abused any promotional offer, created multiple accounts to access promotions, or engaged in any form of bonus abuse.
Bonus funds and free bet credits are non-withdrawable. Only winnings generated from bonus funds, net of any applicable wagering requirements, may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
jetbuz is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. Self-exclusion requests are permanent and irreversible for the duration of the self-exclusion period selected by the player. Players who set deposit or loss limits may request a reduction in those limits at any time, which will take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period as a safeguard against impulsive decisions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jetbuz platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance:
All content on the jetbuz platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, database structures, and game content — is the intellectual property of jetbuz or its licensed third-party providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, copied, distributed, transmitted, or exploited for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of jetbuz.
The jetbuz name, logo, and associated brand marks are registered or unregistered trademarks. Unauthorised use of jetbuz trademarks — including impersonation, phishing, or the creation of counterfeit jetbuz websites — is prohibited and may be subject to legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jetbuz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of access to the platform due to technical failures.
jetbuz's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their jetbuz account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jetbuz does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service outages, or force majeure events may affect platform availability. jetbuz will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.
Players may close their jetbuz account at any time by contacting player support via live chat. Voluntary account closure does not affect the player's obligation to settle any outstanding amounts owed to jetbuz. Any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their verified payment method following identity verification, subject to any applicable withdrawal limits and processing timelines.
jetbuz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to pass identity verification, or regulatory requirements. In cases of account closure due to a breach of Terms, jetbuz may retain any balance in the account pending investigation and may void any winnings accrued in connection with the breach.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jetbuz is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jetbuz platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are required to submit a written complaint to jetbuz via the support contact details provided on this platform. jetbuz will endeavour to resolve all bona fide complaints within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, players may escalate the matter to any applicable regulatory authority or Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body.
jetbuz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at jetbuz.asia/terms-conditions. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page.
Where a material amendment is made to these Terms, jetbuz will provide notice to registered players via email or an on-platform notification prior to the amendment taking effect. Continued use of the jetbuz platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
